To purchase equipment and to undertake marketing activities that will enable the existing event management business to grow and develop.

BACKGROUND

The Blue Moon Event Design Company was established May 2007 when they recognised a gap in the Northern Irish market for the provision of specialist services for event planning and design. The business is very diverse and flexible in its approach to clients and works closely with each individual to provide a product and service that is totally bespoke and tailored to their needs and of a high quality. The aim of the project is to increase the client base and enable the business to enter into the more lucrative wedding event market which will increase turnover and net profits.

ACTIVITIES

  • To purchase the required equipment to enable the enhancement of the business
  • To develop the company website
  • To complete a refit of the business show room and host a re-launch
  • To increase the number of enquiries by 20%
  • To increase the number of enquiries that translate into actual booking
  • To have two additional full time staff
