PROJECT SUMMARY

To appoint an appropriately qualified and competent consultant to undertake a Village Plan to identify the needs and make practical recommendations for the development of Helen’s Bay and Crawfordsburn villages and surrounding area.

BACKGROUND

Helen’s Bay and Crawfordsburn Residents’ Association is based in the locality of North Down Borough Council. The Residents’ Association was originally formed in 1945 and was reconstituted in 2009. Helen’s Bay and Crawfordsburn Residents’ Association are keen to develop an integrated Village Plan for the two villages, with a view to creating a strategic overview of potential projects which may be implemented to benefit the local community in the future.

Funding used to appoint a consultant to complete a comprehensive village plan for Helen’s Bay and Crawfordsburn villages.
