Kerr Signs
Project Summary
Based outside Toomebridge in the Tidal Industrial Park, Kerr Signs has been providing the service of designing, manufacturing and fitting a range of signage products to retail and commercial businesses throughout Ireland and the UK since 1985. The business is owned and managed by Eugene Kerr. Employing 6 full-time and 3 part-time staff members, the business has come strength to strength over the years of manufacturing.
Project Information
This project saw Eugene purchase an 80 watt laser engraving machine and 6m x 2.5m scaffolding tower with built in ladder to assist the process of fitting the signage. The laser engraver has allowed the business to produce signage on a broad range of substrates e.g. granite, plastic, glass and wood.
Benefits
While the scaffolding has allowed Eugene and his staff to work safely on site, they have also been able to secure more jobs creating signage to a greater height of 6m high.
