Ballykinlar and Tyrella are small villages based in the Down District Council area. The community association was established in 1999. Ballykinlar & Tyrella District Community Association are keen to develop an integrated Village Plan, with a view to creating a strategic overview of potential projects which may be implemented for the good of the area.
