The aim of this application is to assist with the physical and environmental regeneration of Lawrencetown by undertaking landscaping work to enhance the village setting at this site and to improve the quality of life for children and young people by developing a small community park on an underused area of open space fronting the A26 arterial route.

Funding from DRAP allowed the applicant to landscape the park area and road frontage, install a grass pitch, youth shelter, zip line and cycle parking, and plant trees and bulbs.
