This project was delivered by Carrickfergus Borough Council to undertake a detailed Masterplan on Whitehead Recreation Grounds, to comprehensively improve the Recreational Grounds for residents and tourists alike.
Further to findings from the plan, an application to carry out works to develop the play park was approved by GROW in September 2013, with works to be completed by March 2014.
