Expansion of services to include investment in salt spreading and ice/snow clearance, a new service which would benefit existing customers and attract potential customers in the future.
Darren Lucas has always loved the outdoor life, from his home on the Shanoguestown Road he farmed looking after sheep and making hay when the sun shone. He then turned his focus to providing gardening services and for the past 14 years he hasn’t looked back. Starting on a part time basis, Darren the company owner is now employed full-time in his business Castle Garden Services, and alongside another full-time member of staff, he offers an extensive range of garden maintenance services for both domestic gardens and commercial grounds.
Darren applied to GROW, South Antrim for funding for the new salt spreading equipment but also to set up a professional company website to reach a wider audience and IT equipment so that Darren could computerise records and process payroll records online.
