The Landfill directive has made many industries reappraise their waste disposal activities. Over recent years there have been major changes in the treatment of aqueous waste. New legislation restricts the disposal of liquid waste to landfill. Coupled with annual increases in Landfill Tax these changes have resulted in a significant increase in the operating costs for companies providing gully waste services.
Through this new business venture DC Contracts reduces the operator’s waste disposal costs and facilitates the recycling of the waste content as a recycled aggregate. DC Contracts licence allows the company to process a maximum of 50,000 tonne per year allowing the business to target much bigger companies.
