To set up and equip a grooming parlour to be located at Glenshane Veterinary Clinic

BACKGROUND

Melanie Spahn has owned and run the Glenshane Veterinary Clinic since 2002 and has been a Vet for 11 years.  She has identified a gap for a niche grooming service in the area and sees it as a complimentary service alongside the Vet Clinic.
