The barn was originally the home of a Mr Stanley Gracey who was a farm hand on the family farm during the 1900’s. It is this barn which will be converted into self catering accommodation. The applicant proposed to retain the original desing and layout of the barn along with original stonework which makes it so unique. Full planning approval was granted on 24th August 2010.

The development will consist of a kitchen with separate dining area and grand lounge on the ground floor. There will be a spiral staircase leading to the first floor which will house two bedrooms and a bathroom.
This newly refurbished 2 bedroom barn offers luxurious and comfortable self catering accommodation. There is generous private parking available and a fully contained garden, BBQ area and separate utility/ wet room and store for guest use. The Barn is furnished to a very high standard and tastefully decorated.
