The aim of this project was to convert a garage/storage building into two self-catering apartments.
Identifying a need for self-catering accommodation in Holywood, the Henderson family planned to convert the garage/stables/storage building adjacent to their house into 4-star, self-catering accommodation.
Funding from DRAP enabled the applicant to carry out the construction work involved in converting a garage into two apartments.
