Purchase of new machinery to increase efficiency.
James Alexander Engineering Ltd was established in 2010. The company specialises in structural steel and cladding. The promoter wished to expand his business. At this time the company was manually making steel plates, these plates are used to join steel poles together. Making these plates by hand lost 20% of production time. To help production some of the work is contracted out. New machinery would free up time and to pursue new contracts.
