Building of a new self catering accommodation of at least 4 star NITB standard.
Funded under Axis 3, through ARC North West, the project involved the construction of a new dwelling including building, plastering, electrical works, internal finishes including floors and kitchen, all fixtures and fittings. Also included was marketing costs to publicise the accommodation.
