The creation of Breezemount Livery Stables at Breezemount Farm, Ballyheifer, Magherafelt, providing 18-20 stables, a recycled rubber ménage and a 2km long horse trek trail on existing farm and agricultural buildings providing DIY and Full Livery services to the Magherafelt and surrounding areas, along with installation and commissioning of a 12KW wind turbine to provide zero carbon power for the project with the surplus being exported back to the grid.
This is a new project and business venture to be based on an existing farm. Mr Toner has always lived at these premises and his family have always had horses and ponies. Additionally, his main job is Managing Director of a large environmental engineering company which employs more than 170 engineers and support staff. As part of this role he has considerable experience in Management, Finance, Marketing and HR. All of this combined, affords him the necessary skills to make his Livery business a success.

This project will benefit the local community through the creation of new employment, 1 fulltime and 2 further parttime jobs. The increased revenue the business will create as a new equestrian sporting/tourism attraction it will attract new visitors to the area.
