To develop an existing business by recycling waste timber.The project will involve the purchase of a stick kindling machine and a pallet wrapper and will develop 2 farm buildings, to include roofing cladding and roller doors, to be used for storage. Grant assistance also for the excavation of the yard to enable safe access to the area.
The applicant, Kevin Murphy has been running KM Fuels since September 2009. The business sources wood, coal and turf which he then processes, bags and sells to local shops and supermarkets in the Scarva area as well as to a number of local businesses and home owners within a 20 mile radius.
Funding used to purchase a stick kindling machine, pallet wrapper, roofing cladding and roller doors and for the excavation of the yard.
