To appoint an appropriately qualified and competent consultant to undertake a Village Development plan for the Kilcoo village and surrounding area.
Kilcoo Community Association was formally constituted as a community association in 2009. The development of a Village Plan will provide the opportunity for local needs to be identified and addressed and will help to lever additional funding into the village to implement the projects that the local community has identified through the plan as a priority.
Appoint a consultant to produce a Village Plan to be used to identify future projects which can be delivered for the benefit of the local community.
The project has helped Kilcoo identify projects to develop the village of Kilcoo.
