To appoint an appropriately qualified and competent consultant to undertake a Village Plan for Killinchy Village and surrounding area.
Killinchy is a small village based in the Borough of Ards. The community association was established in October 2000. Killinchy Community Development Association are keen to utilise a strategic approach to develop potential projects in the local area including Whiterock, Balloo and its environs. The group feel that by devising a Village Plan projects can be prioritized and initiated.
Funding was used to appoint a consultant to carry out a Village Plan for Killinchy.
