To produce a feasibility study for an identified project within the Milltown Village Renewal Action Plan.
Milltown is located 2.4 miles north of Lisburn City centre. The village is a local service centre with a retail complex, churches, halls and public house.
Completion of a feasibility study addressing concept design, cost, estimates and planning application documents. The project is to deliver a floodlit multi use games area, childrens play area and allotments.
