With an increasing number of people growing their own fruit and vegetables, Ian McFall identified a gap in the market for private allotments, made available to rent.
Funded under Axis 3, through North East Region, funding was received to improve road access, create pathways and car parking and install a water connection to a new site for use as allotments.
