Fit out of unit and purchase of equipment to establish MCE Services Assessment Laboratory and offices.
MCE Services offers a comprehensive service through from asbestos surveys, evaluation and supply of appropriate services.
Funded under Axis 3, through ARC North West, the project involved the fit out of a unit to convert to an office and laboratory, in which asbestos samples can be tested, which will be situated at the Milestone Centre, Carrickmore. Polarised light microscope and IT equipment were also part of the funded project.
4 new postions have been created as a result of the project and turnover is increasing.
