The purchase of equipment to enable Mac Sheds increase production onsite.
Mac Sheds manufacture garages, garden sheds, workshops and farm buildings for building companies, garden centres and the domestic user. The project promoter had 1 Roll Form Machine which was used in the manufacture of box profile cladding but had to buy the corrugated sheeting and materials in as opposed to rolling their own.
Funded under axis 3, through SWARD, the promoter purchased a 2nd roll form machine which would be used to manufacture corrugated tin cladding, instead of having to buy in thus saving money and time through rolling their own. They would be able therefore to increase production.
