Mourne Recycling's main business activity involves the collection, sorting and baling of packaging waste.
With the support of the Rural Development Programme, the promoter, Colm Lafferty, purchased a Horizontal Baling machine. The baler has a larger surface area in which to recycle waste materials increasing outputs per hour of operation.
The purchase of the equipment will allow the promoter more time to concentrate on business development and generating new customers.
