PROJECT SUMMARY

To provide a venue for weddings and civil partnership ceremonies, photographs and marquee receptions by upgrading outdoor areas of a Georgian listed property and purchasing appropriate equipment.

BACKGROUND

Mr Heron inherited a Georgian listed house and estate in 1973 which was deterioriating due to a lack of maintainance during the twentieth century. He has been restoring the house since he inherited the property. To diversify and providing a venue for weddings will enable him to continue the upkeep of the house so it can be passed on through the generations in good condition.

ACTIVITIES

• To undertake capital works associated with the improvement of the lanes and back yard and the installation of a 3-bar water supply and grey water capture tem.
• To purchase equipment for ceremonies and receptions including 2 x gazebo tents, 2 x 5 foot folding tables, 20 x banqueting chairs, 20 x outdoor stacking chairs, 2 x outdoor flood lights and 12 x signs.
