Since 1995 the promoter has owned and managed Grange Court, a complex comprising 12 4star self catering apartments designed to accommodate 2-7 people.
The promoter received assitance for the installation of a Freesat digital TV system, wi-fi broadband system and a new website which allows online booking and payment.
