Tots Pots aim is to develop the existing pottery painting business by increasing the size of the current kiln and to fund marketing activities. This will potentially double the amount of pottery that can be fired at one time thereby increasing the company's revenue.
Tots Pots offers a pottery painting experience to children from 6 months old. It supplies private day care nurseries and other groups with pre-fired and ready to glaze Bisque ceramic figures, glaze for painting, paint brushes and aprons. Once painted Tots Pots collects all the completed ceramics, fires them in the kiln and returns them to the groups the following day. Tots Pots recognised a need to expand their marketing to make the business more financially sustainable.
