In order to identify the options of restoration for their Meeting House, for use by the wider community of Hillsborough, the Ulster Friends undertook a feasibility study to identify options and make appropriate recommendations.
The promoter is committed to the conservation and upgrading of Hillsborough's built heritage. The old Meeting House in Park Street, Hillsborough is in a state of disrepair and has been deemed unsuitable for use. The promoter has identified great potential for the hall and in order to utilise its potential, they need to investigate the costs associated and options open to them for renovation.
Applicant received funding for an independent feasibility study to study the options of improvement for Meeting House, Hillsborough.
