The purchase of equipment to allow Waste Systems Ltd design, manufacture and sell semi mobile waste recovery equipment.
The company was established in 2010 by Co. Tyrone man Nishi Ward, who realised the opportunities in the waste recycling market globally and the lack of technology available to solve existing problems in that industry.

The manufactured product can be used in the separation of waste and other bulk solids using air pressure and suction techniques.
The products developed by the Promoter are highly innovative, compact, easy to assemble, semi mobile, easy to use and readily adaptable for other uses. They can separate waste materials so that they can be recycled thus diverted from landfill. The Promoter intends initially to sell into local markets i.e. Ireland and the UK and then expand his distribution networks into Europe. The project aims to create 9 new jobs. The company has also been recognised for its work by winning the Green-Tech Innovation Award at the final of the third annual Irish Times InterTradeIreland Innovation Awards.
