Implementation of a marketing plan to promote NI Bootcamp


N.I. Bootcamp is the brainchild of Ian and Anna Bailey. Ian is a highly-qualified outdoor instructor, and Anna is a pharmacist with a particular interest in nutrition and weight loss. Their staff are a carefully chosen team of qualified instructors, nutritionists and other professionals, chosen not only for their skills and experience, but also because they fit with the ethos of providing a fun, comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere.

NI Bootcamp recognised the need to market effectively in order to develop their business.


  • Implement the Marketing Plan including the upgrade of existing website and placing advertisements in appropriate publications
  • Monitor Facebook page dedicated to NI Bootcamp and utilise other online facilities such as Twitter to further aid marketing
  • To organise and monitor participant numbers for both the full week Bootcamps and weekend Detox sessions during the project lifetime


  • To provide the means for people to undertake a healthier lifestyle through better diet and exercise.
  • To encourage as many people as possible to enjoy outdoor activities, in particular using the Mournes area with regards to activity tourism.
  • To effectively promote the NI Bootcamp brand and market the concept to the wider general public.
