The Applicant operates a willow cutting service from his farm in Letterbreen, Co Fermanagh. To date, the applicant operated the only cutter in Fermanagh and the demand for this service was high. One of the main restrictions to increasing productivity was the lack of a weighing bridge facility on the farm. Customers are billed per tonne therefore is it imperative that an accurate weight is given on all deliveries.
